Route Manager

We are seeking a motivated Route Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible route sales drivers that are delivering and selling products to various customers along designated routes. If you have a passion for Mentoring, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy being on the road, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
– Cover for drivers designated routes to deliver and sell products to customers
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
– Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
– Manage inventory levels on the truck and restock as needed
-Assist in ride alongs and trainings
– Analyzing routes and meets team goals
Requirements
– Experience in route driving management and route sales is preferred
– Ability to operate a commercial vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license
– Capable of heavy lifting as needed
– Strong mathematical skills for managing transactions and inventory
– Excellent organizational skills to plan efficient routes and manage inventory effectively
– Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
