Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients and the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct in-depth pre-screen interviews to assess leadership style, technical expertise,

qualifications, reasons for movement, compensation information, and cultural alignment

· Deliver curated shortlists and comprehensive candidate summaries to client stakeholders

· Advise on compensation benchmarking, talent availability, and succession planning strategies

· Source and engage top leadership talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and market

mapping

· Leveraging the CRM to track candidate outreach and pipelines

· Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn)

· Manage the offer process

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Marketing, or a related field.

· Preferred of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

· Strong proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Top Echelon)

· Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Experience working remotely
