Desktop Support Technician
Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 2+ Years in IT Support
About the Role:
We’re looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and a variety of enterprise software and hardware systems. What You’ll Do:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS platforms
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in Active Directory/O365
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and support tickets
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests via the service desk system
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
