Desktop Support Technician 
Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 2+ Years in IT Support

About the Role:
We’re looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and a variety of enterprise software and hardware systems. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS platforms
  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in Active Directory/O365
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and support tickets
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests via the service desk system

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
