Client Relationship Manage/Financial Servicesr – Remote
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. This role focuses on client retention, cross-selling, and upselling services, ensuring clients always think of us first. You’ll work closely with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to understand and meet their needs while addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key client executives, users, and stakeholders. Act as the company’s representative, ensuring clients are informed about new offerings, product developments, and service features. -
Client Retention:
Lead contract renewals and manage competitive pressures. Identify at-risk clients and create strategies to address and retain relationships. -
Proactive Communication:
Ensure continuous communication with clients. Identify and address any concerns, and escalate issues when necessary to internal teams to resolve problems swiftly. -
Cross-Sell & Upsell:
Recognize opportunities to expand services and provide actionable solutions that meet client needs, contributing to measurable business growth. -
Client Insights:
Collect and manage client feedback, staying informed about client needs and competitor strategies. Regularly update CRM systems with client changes and trends.

Required Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client/customer support, consulting, or product sales.
- Experience in banking or a related industry preferred.
- Strong vendor management, contracting, and banking operations experience is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of financial institution challenges, regulations, and market trends.
