Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, as well as the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with current and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
