Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT leader to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for enterprise-wide Information Technology functions supporting approximately 600 users across multiple manufacturing locations.
This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that align with business objectives while driving operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

Partner with executive and business unit leaders to understand operational priorities and deliver effective technology solutions.

Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with organizational and enterprise goals.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
-
Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, AI, IoT, and RPA.

Promote innovation to improve business processes and enhance customer experience.

Collaborate cross-functionally to implement enterprise technology standards and best practices.
Team Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and mentor an IT team of 8–10 professionals.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Support succession planning and professional development initiatives.
ERP & Enterprise Systems

Oversee ERP system administration, optimization, and integration (NetSuite experience preferred).

Ensure effective management of enterprise applications and system performance.
Infrastructure, Security & Sustainability

Maintain secure and reliable network, server, and cybersecurity infrastructure.

Implement and uphold IT security standards and governance frameworks.

Support sustainability initiatives through responsible IT practices.
Helpdesk & IT Service Management

Manage helpdesk operations to ensure high-quality user support.

Implement ITSM best practices and leverage KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Vendor, Budget & Procurement Management

Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
Data Management & Analytics

Ensure data integrity, availability, and security.

Support enterprise data initiatives, including data lakes and analytics platforms.

Leverage business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making.
Governance, Risk & Compliance

Maintain compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.

Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and policies.
Project & Change Management

Lead technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Drive organizational change management related to technology adoption.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Customer-Facing Technology

Support digital platforms and technology solutions that enhance customer engagement and sales operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8–10+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience leading ERP implementations and enterprise system environments (NetSuite strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.

Experience supporting 600+ end users in a multi-site environment.

Demonstrated success managing budgets, vendors, and complex technology projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
