2nd Shift CDL Route Driver

Position Summary:

This 2nd shift, same-day delivery role involves transporting product from the Warsaw facility to Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. You will deliver items, pick up products, and return to Warsaw—all within the same shift. The specific destination may vary based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Load and deliver clean/new products to designated drop points in Indianapolis or Fort Wayne

· Pick up used/soiled product for return to the production facility

· Unload and distribute product accordingly upon arrival

· Load the truck with product for the next day’s route

· Maintain cleanliness of the truck; promptly report maintenance needs

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED preferred

· Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred

· CDL Class A license required

· Valid DOT medical card (must pass a DOT physical)

· Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

· Strong attention to detail—delivery errors may impact customer satisfaction

· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

· Comfortable using handheld devices and basic office equipment (phone, printer, copier, etc.)

Physical Requirements:

· Requires high levels of physical exertion throughout the shift

· Prolonged sitting while driving

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

· Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, pushing, standing, and walking

· Ability to enter and operate data on a handheld computer

· Required to wear steel-toe footwear; gloves are recommended

Environmental Conditions:

· Exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, including heat and humidity in the summer and cold in the winter

· Possible exposure to odors and unclean products
