he Industrial Sales Manager will lead a team of Business Dvelopment Representatives in Indianapolis Marlket. Sales manager will mentor and develop team to meet team goals.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties: 

– Lead a team of Business Development and Customer Development Representatives to add additional product lines into accounts, analyze trends and meet their yearly growth goal requirements for regions and territories.

– Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competitors.

– Consistently deliver activity accountability, monthly training and marketing alignment for our representatives.

– Strategically plan existing account growth with each rep using our reporting tools and metrics.

-Collaborate with marketing and follow through on sales materials, leads, etc

-Plan and lead weekly sales training for your sales team.

– Manage pipelines, closing percentages, contacts and more in our Salesforce CRM software.

-Meet independently with Sales Representatives to enhance closing percentages and results.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

– Bachelor’s Degree.

-Five years sales experience preferred

-Manage or Leadership experience required

-Industry experience in Industrial Supplies, Textiles or Facility Services preferred.
